15:08 PST: Our monitoring system notified us about an SSD failure in this server. Customer's data is safe as we use RAID-10, however we will proceed with SSD replacement very shortly.

15:26 PST: Node is back online; all VMs will restart automatically within the next 20 minutes.

15:16 PST We are investigating intermittent packet loss on node v8302

15:21 PST We have identified an issue with the server and are applying a fix. This will require a full restart of the node.

15:28 PST Fix was applied and node restarted. All VMs will start automatically in the next 15 minutes.
