Virtual instances - Los Angeles, DC8 Maintenance on nodes v8212, v8213. v8214, v8215, v8216

At 17:35 PST we will gracefully shut down the above mentioned nodes to perform emergency maintenance, which should last for approximately 30 minutes.

At 17:52 PST maintenance has been completed. All VMs will start automatically within the next 15 minutes.

Virtual instances - Los Angeles, DC3 Network outage affecting nodes 72XX

At 19:02 PST during a scheduled network upgrade maintenance, we experienced a network outage affecting customers on nodes 72XX.

All of our equipment is utilizing dual uplinks to prevent network outages, however in this specific case both links have been interrupted.

19:13 PST: we are working with our upstream provider to resolve this as quickly as possible.

At 19:43 PST connectivity has been restored.
