At 00:10 PST our monitoring system reported packet loss at our Hong Kong location.
At 00:30 PST our engineers confirmed the issue is at our upstream provider (PCCW). However at this time the issue seems to have resolved by itself.
Approx. at 01:15 PST the issue is back, we have escalated this to PCCW.
Approx. at 02:15 PST packet loss has been resolved. We are awaiting for a final report from PCCW. Meanwhile, we will continue monitoring the situation.
