We have received a report from a customer about network performance issues. Upon close investigation we found that the node is causing intermittent packet loss.
At 12:33 PST we shut down all VMs to apply a fix.
At 13:30 PST we are working on applying necessary firmware updates to this server in order to address the issue. ETA: 40 minutes.
At 14:32 PST updates have been applied and all VMs will restart automatically in the next 10 minutes.
