At 22:17 PST one of our racks in HE Fremont facility have lost connectivity with upstream. We do have an OOB management link and we were able to confirm that our equipment is operating normally.
At 22:25 PST we have escalated this to our upstream provider (HE).
At 23:09 PST our upstream provider located the issue and is currently working on a fix.
At 23:15 PST upstream provider confirmed the fix has been deployed and network connectivity has been fully restored.
