Virtual instances - Los Angeles, DC4 Node v1113 outage

At 00:04 PST our monitoring system reported a network outage on node v1113.

At 00:18 PST we have determined that the cause of the outage is a frozen NIC. We are gracefully shutting down all customers instances in order to perform a reboot.

At 00:36 PST node was rebooted and network is up. All instances will start automatically in the next 15 minutes.
