Upon initial investigation we have determined the issue with one of our upstream providers. Both of our primary and redundant uplinks are affected.
We escalated this to our upstream provider.
At 10:38 PST our upstream provider restored connectivity.
We will continue monitoring the network closely for the next few hours.
At 13:30 PST we have received details about this outage from our vendor; it was caused by an incorrect policy configuration on their routing equipment. They are taking the measures in order to prevent similar issues in the future.
