Virtual instances - Los Angeles, DC3 Node 7213 Degraded RAID

Our monitoring system alerted us about a degraded RAID status on node 7213. Our attempts to perform online diagnosis have not been successful. To avoid data loss, we will shut down the node for manual investigation.

UPDATE 18:15 PST: Issue has been resolved, all VMs will restart automatically in the next 20 minutes.

Virtual instances - Los Angeles, DC3 Node 7428 maintenance

In order to address periodic performance degradation we are going to apply a firmware fix to node 7428.

Customer's VMs will experience an outage of approximately 60 minutes.

UPDATE 18:48 PST: maintenance has been completed, all VMs will start automatically in the next 25 minutes.

Virtual instances - Los Angeles, DC3 Nodes 7406-7430 maintenance

This maintenance has been cancelled as we are re-designing our approach to this issue.

CANCELLED: In order to address periodic performance degradation we are going to apply fixes to nodes 7406 to 7430.

Customer's VMs will experience an outage of approximately 15-25 minutes.
