Virtual instances - Los Angeles, DC3 Network outage affecting nodes 72XX

At 19:02 PST during a scheduled network upgrade maintenance, we experienced a network outage affecting customers on nodes 72XX.

All of our equipment is utilizing dual uplinks to prevent network outages, however in this specific case both links have been interrupted.

19:13 PST: we are working with our upstream provider to resolve this as quickly as possible.

At 19:43 PST connectivity has been restored.
